I am leaning more towards it being a firewall issue.
I would say check Windows Defender as well, but that doesn't seem to cause an issue on my computer, as I have updated to Windows 10 and it still isn't an issue.

If you're using any sort of firewall or antivirus, make sure there is an exception for the ATLauncher folder, as UniZero had pointed out. I don't use a firewall.

I have done as you requested! Not only that, but I am not able to run any other packs from the ATLauncher, because something makes the process slow to one process 1.77.10 10 minutes after a certain period of time. Beings there are connection errors, I would say it has something to do with your firewall.

Sorry for the amount of time it took me to respond, I had to work this evening. But together, we are The Armory. The console is there for a reason, and it tells you what you need to know, just not in English as you and I are talking. Just place that mod in the instance mods folder. There have been installs of this pack. I codechicknelib it and patiently waited for the screen that normal associates with the "Forge Mod Loader", but instead said DepLoader.
